James Sun is the CEO of Pirq where he sets and leads the overall business strategy, communication, and execution. Previous to Pirq, he was the Founder and CEO of GeoPage.com where he led the company in building a scalable location-based platform for industry specific commercial and retail applications. James also has Fortune 500 experience where he served as a database programmer at Intel and management consultant at Deloitte Consulting. As an active angel investor and strategic advisor, he's helped several startups with strategic business planning, capital investment, international partnerships, and acquisitions.
Bill Chi is the CTO of Pirq overseeing the company's product strategy and development and leading hardware and software architecture planning and management across Pirq business initiatives and R&D. Prior to Pirq, Bill was a co-founder and CTO of GeoPage.com where he helped design and build a scalable location-based platform for industry specific commercial and retail applications, shipping numerous products from conception to release. Bill has served in various lead development and software architect roles at companies including Nordstrom.com, Microsoft, and AT&T Wireless. Bill has also consulted for the Fortune 500 as a technology management consultant with Accenture.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Keegan Hall is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pirq where he is responsible for Pirq's overall sales and marketing strategy including merchant acquisition, partnerships, PR, advertising, digital marketing, social media, brand management and user engagement. Prior to Pirq, he was the Founder of a fitness device and biometrics company where he successfully raised $350k in early-stage capital before a successful asset sale. Additional past leadership positions include Managing Partner at Vanza Creative, a sales and marketing consultancy firm; VP of Sales and Marketing at The BIG Print, a national, multi-million dollar grand-format printing company; Director of Sales at Live Nation, the world's largest entertainment company; and Sr. Account Executive at the Seattle Sonics where he was the organization's top sales person.
