The Operations Support team is responsible for providing the initial setup and the ongoing support to our merchants. This individual will be the primary post-sales point of contact for merchants, helping our customers get the most from the features of our products, and ensuring that they understand the Pirq system and use our tools effectively.

Primary areas of responsibilities include setting up new merchants on our system properly, arranging for any customer training and coordinating in-store marketing. After merchants are up and running, a person in this role will provide remote support to merchants as required. Occasional personal visits to in-market merchant locations may be required. Additionally, this role will monitor and schedule a variety of system-wide activities across multiple merchants. They will also assist and support the sales organization, and coordinate direct marketing to potential customers. This position will cooperate regularly with the sales team and the product development team.

Specific responsibilities will include: validating digital loyalty programs, ensuring smooth set-up of new merchants, arrange for or produce necessary in-store signage. Direct support will include: fielding, prioritizing, and responding to incoming support calls and e-mails, preparing and scheduling promotional messaging, and monitoring performance statistics and campaign results. Sales support might include: managing an internal referrals program, screening potential customers, and coordinating direct marketing campaigns.

The Inside Phone Sales Representative provides first point of contact to start the sale and business development. This position acts as a business representative for sales/business development.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Calling local area restaurants, spa/salon's, consumer retail locations informing them about Pirq.
  • Communicate professionally with potential customers regarding product and business issues.
  • Accurately updating your call/lead activity using Salesforce.com . Process and review new contracts/requests with the assistance of the department supervisor.
