We are looking for a senior product & user experience manager who is well versed in the areas of interface, interaction, user experience design, usability, HTML5 & CSS, and consumer-facing graphic branding & content. This the key design role in our company to drive all product initiatives across multiple user experiences (Web, iOS, and Android experiences).

Required Skills and Abilities:

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
  • An experienced UI Designer with exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to translate design into a functional specification is a huge plus
  • Understand end-user requirements and translate them into great UI designs
  • Understand technical limitations and challenges to ensure that designs are feasible, given the budget, scope and timeline constraints of the project
  • Design as a stakeholder in a user centered design process that values close collaboration between disciplines
  • Focus on the 80% use case, and progressively disclose functionality that is less-frequently used
  • Design screen layouts & interactions in a variety of ways from sketches to wire frames to functional prototypes
  • Support processes for gathering customer feedback & iterating prototypes

  • Bachelors degree in computer science (or closely related field)
  • At least 1-2 years of professional software development experience
  • At least 1-2 years designing stable and high-performance web application solutions with complex requirements, demanding specifications, and rapid development cycles
  • 6 months to a year of hands-on development experience with Ruby on Rails is highly desired
  • Solid programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Java, C/C++, C#, or similar

Job Description:

We are a start-up, looking to grow our sales department to include an inside sales call center in our Kirkland offices.

The Inside Phone Sales Representative provides first point of contact to start the sale and business development. This position acts as a business representative for sales/business development.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Calling local area restaurants, spa/salon's, consumer retail locations informing them about Pirq.
  • Communicate professionally with potential customers regarding product and business issues.
  • Accurately updating your call/lead activity using Salesforce.com . Process and review new contracts/requests with the assistance of the department supervisor.

  • Ability and drive to make 120 + outbound calls per day
  • Must be highly persuasive over the phone
  • A proven history of success
  • Ability to generate a high level of new business in a fast paced environment

Experience required:

  • Previous marketing/advertising sales and/or customer service preferred.

Pay Structure

$13-$15/ hour and $150 commission for every sale/contract over 10 per month.
